ok so i recently purchased a few new movies, and one of then happens to be "julie and juia" you know, the one where this girl Julie is like cooking all the recepies of Julia child in a year and its awesome...
ok so i had recently bought a pair of tinkerbelle pjs from walamrt and they fit great when i tried them on... but once they were in the wash holy crap! did they ever shrink to the point where i had 3 choices:
1. keep them even though they didnt fit
2. give them away... but to who?
or 3. return them as i still had my receipt and the tags..
so i went with option 3.... when doing so i even went to see if they had any bigger sizes and no.. they did not... and they didnt even have more of the smaller sizes either, like WTF! i find something i actually love and it goes to shite on me....
and apparently walmart doesnt even carry a full sized selection of scrubs in my size... and good luck looking at giant tiger for some cheaply priced ones as they dont carry them in stock either!
but on the positive side of things i was able to find some boots and shoes that i like for cheap... even thoughi got the shoes from the second store in my size i did like the ones from the first store a bit better.... lol
but none-the-less i love my new shoes.
ok so i recently started to play monopoly city streets and it was fun.. until i got a chance card to tell me i can remove a building on one of my streets.... how the heck can i do that?? there is no instructions for it... i am so tempted to just discard it.....
ok so that job interview that i went for last week turned out amazing... as i got the job!!! yey!!! i have officially completed 3 shifts! i am loving both the job and the people that i am working with!
ok so this past tuesday it was hot out which was fine, i went to my job interview and on my way back ran into the neighbours ex-girlfriend... she ended up following me home, and we had a lovely discussion on a bunch of topics that have no importance in my life. then she left. later that even i was doing some laundry and i went to get the last load out of the dryer so i could fold it i tripped down the stairs, i grabbed the hand rail so not to fall all the way... but i still managed to go over on my ankle.. as of yesterday it is not broken... but it is really sore, swollen and bruised... it also turns out that i got the job! and i start on monday morning for more then miniumum wage!! yey!! go me!!
ok so i have officially cut off my long hair, but it was for a good cause. the wigs for kids program is a huge success in both the states and canada, with canadian donations, the hair stays in canada and is used to make wigs for niagara child residents. which is awesome. as this means that the hair wont get damaged in the mailing system... which is a major plus... which means less loss of goods. yey! and knowing that i have helped a child have a better quality of life is a good thing.

ok, since it is Kurts (www.kurtismccartney.com) birthday I decided to go ahead and make him a cake it turned out ok... it was one of those pistachio ones where you add the pack of pistachio pudding and extra milk...
so i made it from scratch.. and i added the stuff and then i baked it according to the recipes directions and then i had to cook it longer... the outside on it was almost burnt (well for my liking anyways) and it was in there for almost an hour..... next time if i do it i am not adding the extra milk and seeing where that one takes me.
i also made his search for his present by playing the hotter colder game, and i almost gave the location away like 3 times....lol...... and the funny thing is that it was sitting there for like 3 whole DAYS!!! lol
ok so Kurt went out for the weekend to spend some quality time with his dad and his dads family. Its been quite lonely around here since he left... so i decided to make some cake... it was moist and delicious too. it was yummy and everything.. it was rainbow chip cake and i put peanut butter and chocolate chips onto it when it was still warm!, the heat from the cake melted the peanut butter and chocolate chips in to a nice multi- flavor icing. i even make some plain cup cakes......
earlier in the day i watched high school musical 1 and high school musical 2.
so i had a blast today... lets see what tomorrow brings.
ok so now it is officially me 2nd post of the new website... and i think that im starting to get the hang of things :)
i wanting to go for a walk down to the canal... or merrit island but i cant in the rain,.... well i guess i could but id get all wet and cold... and thats not good for anyone. then i thought about playing some games on my ds, but wait the battery is dead... dead dead dead.... so that nixes that plan. the Wii is off and there is some cool multiplayer games on there too, but no one wants to play with me right now and i dont want to play by myself, so i might be playing it later. and i also though about going swimming... but in the rain its not so much fun...
go me and my lack of fun plans for a friday afternoon.
